Mould-washing Rubber RUNA-C Series

During heating and vulcanization process, small molecular contents (plasticizer, accelerator and reinforcing agent) accumulate on the mould surface and form a mould stain firmly bonding to metal, which results in the deterioration of the surface quality of rubber products. In order to save customers manpower and time to disassemble and reassemble during mould washing, and to reduce the mould damage caused by corrosive liquid cleaners, we developed RUNA-C mould-washing products, which contain special cleaning agents and are undamaging and non-corrosive to the metal. The cleaning agents precipitate and penetrate beneath the mould stain during the vulcanization process, and disintegrate the bond between stain and metal. Thus, mould stain can be easily removed by vulcanized mould-washing rubber.

The material is suitable for cleaning the stain, residue and oxides remained in the rubber mould. It is proved effecient during the
production of oil nozzles, oil seals, gasket rings, shock absorber gaskets and other complex shaped parts.
