TecoreTM CSP LED for Automotive
has good reliability at high temperature and excellent temperature cycling performance (-40-150°C) . It is designed with T2CSP
structure, and packaged by dual-layer silicone film with ultra-thin phosphor layer of 40um, and suitable for high power and large chip LEDs. The products are mainly used in automotive headlights (5000K-6500K color temperature) and turn signal lights (1700K
Amber color temperature).
TecoreTM CSP LED for Mobile Phone Flashlight
is used in the field of mobile phone flashlight and compatible with high thermal conductivity substrate and eutectic soldering. It can be made as a single or five-way flashlight device in dimension of 2016 or smaller size.
TecoreTM CSP LED for TV Backlight Module
is used in the direct-type backlight module. Relying on its broader angle of five-way luminous structure, it simplifies the design difficulty of the secondary light-distribution lens, greatly reduces the OD (Optical Distance) value, and realizes the uniform and evenarea-lighting.
TecoreTM CSP LED for Healthyl illumination
Tecore Synchem developed a color-tunable LED chipset for healthyl illumination. Two CSPs with different color temperatures are
packaged within a COB of 2835 leadframe, to achieve tunable color temperatures (3000K~5700K) by internal mixing. Each CSP has RA above 90. Its characterisics of full spectrum approximate to the solar spectrum, helps to protect human eye vision
