Clear EMC TecoreTM TC-8030/8060/8090 series for White LEDs

are mainly used for packaging of white decorative LEDs and backlight LEDs, etc. Higher chemical stability makes their excellent anti-yellowish performance at high temperature, and reduces light decline by blue/white light. The excellent adhesion to Ag/Cu and PCB substrate ensures their good moldability and higher reliability.
We provide two optional forms: cylindrical tablets, and fine powder.

 OpƟcal Black-Color EMC TecoreTM TC-7600H-BDF for HD LED Display

is a black-color optical EMC with transparent filler, mainly used for packaging of high density (fine-pitch) RGB LED display. It adopts a resin system with higher crosslinking, improves moisture resistance,and helps LED display pass the hash durability tests, i.e. PCT. Our precise carbon dispersion and diffusor technology ensures the uniform color and uniform emitting light at large angles. The transparent filler is able to reduce warpage and improve moisture resistance.

 Special FuncƟons with Wavelength SelecƟon: Type IR840, WB, and AS

In order to improve the sensitivity of photosensors, such as ambient light sensor, IR receiver, and color sensor, we develop resins and pigments to achieve selective transmission or cut-off of different light wavelengths.
IR840 and WB types are used for IR receivers, which have high transmittance to 940 nm infrared light and can effectively shield visible light below 850 nm. WB is sepcially for electronic whiteboard IR receivers with excellent visible-light-shielding performance. AS type can achieve high transmittance in visible band and effectively shield ultraviolet and infrared light. Main Features
