Wax Compound AZ-808
is a releasing tablet, which composited with epoxy and fused silica,and applies lubricants evenly to mould die surface by transfer molding. After application of a few molding shots, it forms a firm,compact and durable thin layer of releasing agent in mould cavity,so the molded resin/plastic products can release from mould easily.
AZ-808 was proved to efficiently resolve sticking problems, improve product surface quality and productivity of the customers.
